Booking can be made in advance against Full Payment.
GST is applicable on Room Rent subject to the following –
18% on Room Tariff till INR 7,499 /-
28% on Room Tariff above INR 7,500/-
Original Identity Proof (Passport/ Voter ID/ Driving License) which is been approved by Government should be carried by the guest and will be required to be shown at the time of check-in
Check- in 14:00 pm & Check- Out 12:00 pm.
Each room having the specified number of beds is meant strictly for such number of persons. Only children below the age of 10 years will be allowed complimentary .
Guests are responsible for loss or damage of any article, caused by them inside the hotel. For such damage or breakage, the cost of the articles has to be paid by the visitors.
Carrying of firearms or any inflammable materials inside the hotel is strictly prohibited.
No pets are allowed in the hotel.
Room Tariff varies as per demand and season. Booking of accommodation is transferable in case of advance booking but if the tariff is higher on alternate days then the difference in cost has to be paid.
Guests are requested to ensure that other visitors are not disturbed by indiscipline or nuisance inside the hotel. If any visitor commits indiscipline or nuisance inside the hotel, he/she may be forced to leave the place.
In case of cancellation of Booking made through online system, admissible amount will be refunded within 7 working days automatically in the account from which payment was made. If refund is not received within 7 working days, applicant may submit, an application for refund as admissible stating Name of booking person, Bank name, Branch name, Account No. and IFSC Code.
If accommodation is not provided due to unavoidable circumstances, compensation limited to book value will be admissible. The reservation of accommodation may be cancelled in certain unavoidable circumstances. In such cases HHI’s liability shall be restricted to refund of booking amount.
