All room reservations are held until 1800 hrs or 2 hours after the arrival of the flight /train mentioned unless otherwise guaranteed by a credit card/ Company Letter. Any no shows or late cancellations will result in a retention fee of one night’s accommodation charge. Any amendments or cancellation should be reported at least 48 hours prior to the expected arrival date of the guest.

Cancellation Policy: Should you wish to cancel the booking, you will need to advise the hotel 48 hours prior to the day of arrival to avoid a late cancellation fee of one night accommodation.
