Hotel Hindusthan International, (HHI) is a closely held company. The present board of HHI comprises the following directors: -

1. Mr. D.K. Jaiswal - Managing Director

2. Mr. Vikram Jaiswal - Executive Director

3. Mr. Vinay Jaiswal - Director Operations

Mr. Dilip Kumar Jaiswal is a B.Com graduate from St. Xaviers College, Kolkata and has more than thirty years of experience in different industries including hotel industry and real estate industry. Presently he is the Chairman and Managing Director of Hotel Hindusthan International, one of the oldest and first five star hotels of eastern region as well as the Director of Hind Palace Pvt. Ltd, one of the most prestigious and 1100 capacity cinema house of the city.

Mr. Vikram Jaiswal graduated in Commerce from St. Xaviers College of Kolkata. He has done several courses in the area, including an operational Hotel Management course from Institute Hotelier Hotelconsult Switzerland, certificate courses in Front Office Procedures (with Honours) and Food & Beverage Control from American Hotel & Motel Association, and two summer semesters in Computer Programming from New York University. Currently, he is holding the position of Executive Director of the Company and director Hind Palace Pvt. Ltd.

Mr. Vinay Jaiswal also graduated in Commerce from St. Xaviers College, Kolkata & Masters in Business Administration from the University of Cardiff, Wales, U.K. Currently he looks after the day to day affairs of Hotel Hindusthan International, Kolkata, holding the position of Director Operations since 2001.
